In London a new support group called the Tantrum Club is gaining momentum as women find a different approach to deal with life’s frustrations. The sessions allow stressed-out executives and harassed housewives to come together to let off steam — without getting either fired or divorced.
Some of our many anger-releasing techniques include shaking it out (literally, shaking your bod), the imaginary bucket (where you throw your issues away), the balloon exercise (in which you’re instructed to blow up a balloon and think of someone or something infuriating, then burst the balloon), and the pillow scream (where you clutch a pillow and scream loudly in it).
