“Offers tremendous coaching support”
When I first began the 21 day programme I was facing constant demands from my wife. I seeked support from my family and friends, but nothing seemed to make the situation any better. It wasn’t until I completed the programme that I started to learn a lot about myself. The programme brought a lot out of me and I didn’t expect to learn so much positives. Sally was a huge help in this respect! One thing that I would say could use some improvement is more boundary training specifically in dealing with ex partners. Having said that I was still very satisfied with the overall quality of the programme as it offers tremendous coaching support, which I believe to be vital!
