“Naked Divorce is like chemotherapy”
A quick note to let you know how much I am getting out of Naked Divorce. I’m only part way into it however since your fairly direct advice over Zoom for me to not write back to my Ex , let’s call them…things that are not that important, a switch flicked inside my head not too long after our conversation.
As I read each sentence of your book and the program, and sometimes each word, it feels like Naked Divorce is chemotherapy treating a cancer within me. I am finding it profoundly healing.
I readily concede I have a way to go and may fall down at times throughout this journey however I sense this truly may be the best thing to happen to my overall health in this my 50th year of life…
