“I have defeated Goliath!”
The fact that I had to think about the past with him, both good & bad, makes it very hard and emotional. I don’t know what else you can do, since it was necessary to bring the ex into the picture so we can face the problems head on. I guess you can call it “facing the giant”. As I found myself deeper into the programme I realised that in order to get down to the base of the problem, and in order to find happiness, we must first face our “demons”. Having the amazing team at The Naked Divorce there with me at every step was a blessing as it gave me the much needed support to help me through. Considering how difficult it is to have to bring him into the picture, I will have to call him, and the situation, “facing the Giant” because unless we face it, we will not overcome. I kept telling myself that I was like David in the Bible who has to take down Goliath! After completing the 21 day programme I can say that I have defeated Goliath and am looking forward to me continuing a life that now has my best interests at heart. Thanks again Naked Divorce!
