If you need to cancel for any reason please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If you are unavailable for the call, do not contact us using the information provided at the allotted time then you will forfeit your call.
Another replacement call may be offered at additional expense, at our standard rates.
We reserve the right to cancel a call if exceptional circumstances demand it. Wherever possible we will provide you with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Please respect our time, we will be waiting for your call at the agreed time.
