Meeting – T&Cs

If you need to cancel for any reason please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

If you are unavailable or do not attend your scheduled meeting without suitable notice you will forfeit your call.

Another replacement meeting may be offered at additional expense, at our standard rates.

We reserve the right to cancel a meeting if exceptional circumstances demand it. Wherever possible we will provide you with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
